Founder and Visionary
Wafa is a devoted and proud Muslim, wife and mother of two children. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years, specializing in School Nursing. She chairs the Medical Committee of Home of Moroccan Educators and Moroccan Students in America ( HMEMSA.ORG), where she helps improve the emergency response system in Morocco. Wafa has worked on a voluntary basis, for over 7 years to find Muslim American homes for Moroccan orphans. She advocates for the reform of the child care system in Morocco, and for improved standards in intercountry kafala. Wafa’s work has been her motivating force to have a non-profit adoption agency that offers faith based services to the Muslim community and finding homes for Muslim children around the world.
